"TOTAL SCAM + SHELL COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR -DO NOT USE!!! Unreliable, inconsistent and unprofessional. After two very expensive cleanings, and a 1 hour meeting with the owners (Maria and her husband) were non communicative, elusive and shady -never showing up to a third scheduled cleaning visit claiming they had no people to clean when I called them. We hired JEMS based on the promise that Maria would be our lead cleaner only to be told she would not be (after 2 cleanings) and random team members would be coming to clean our newly renovated custom house. Maria had me purchase all the cleaning products and still wanted to charge an astronomical price and then never showed up for a scheduled cleaning. I've also heard similar experiences from other customers using his company-the quality of cleaning is inconsistent- Maria and her husband trick you into thinking you are getting their commitment and service and then disappear-steer clear of this company!!!!!!!"
"JEMS cleaning services did a great job cleaning our townhome. They were here for hours and my husband and I were impressed with everything that they did. The house was spotless after they left. They are very reasonably priced and attentive when it comes to the small details. We have hired cleaners in the past and JEMS blew them out of the water in terms of quality of work and price. They will give you an additional discount on their already reasonable prices if you decide to do monthly cleanings. Highly recommend their services."
