"I never leave reviews but these guys are so great i had to let them know. They have helped us multiple times with bats. We have a timber frame house in the mountains. For years we were literally plagued by carpenter bees (which brings with it woodpeckers) and lady bugs (asian beetles is what i think they are but they look like ladybugs). This year we had them treat in early march. We are blown away. Couldn't be happier with results. Truly a 5 star business."

"Roger, his son, and crew have helped me twice since I bought a house in Kingsport. I had a bat infestation in the attic of more than 60 bats. Bailey was reassuring and scheduled our appointment, and the crew came out and they got all of the bats out within 36 hours. They cleaned and disinfected the attic, sealed up the entrances, and added screens to the vents. Today I had a bird fall into my chimney and they provided same day service and removed it quickly and sealed up the chimney. This house has been a hoot and a holler (almost literally), and Roger has been there during two of the most stressful times during the renovation. If you want the job done right and reasonably, call this company. You will not regret it."

"Amazing people! Mr. and Mrs. Gorley came out at 4am on Labor Day. I was so scared because a bat somehow got into my house. They were champs and got it without issue. They even checked to make sure all were out of home before they left. Both were so professional, kind and effective! They got that little thing and relocated it promptly. I was terrified to go to sleep until they came and got him out. They will be back this week to get the rest out of my attic but I will tell you that this company is top-notch! If you have any critters, definitely call this company. The price was affordable and their service was worth it!"

"Purchased an old home in Bristol, and found it had a bat problem upon moving in. Called multiple companies to address and decided to go with Roger's. They we're very informative on the walkthrough, expressing problem areas and treatment solutions. Did so in a, "we can take care of this no problem" kind of way, whereas other contractors used scare tactics upon walk through. When the scheduled day came up, they were prompt. They worked on my home for two and a half days and by the time they were finished, the roofline looked WAY better.
