"First ever experience at a dry cleaners. The customer service was good. Nice guy up front Thursday night was able to drop off my two shirts and vest I bought the day before. Picked them up Friday evening and while it took him a while to find them everything looked good. Then I finally open up the plastic wrap Sunday night to pack for the business trip I bought the shirts for only to find one shirt and two vests. I do not know who the second best belonged to, but Monday morning on the way to the airport I walked in and gave them the vest. The young woman at the counter knew exactly where my shirt was and apologized sincerely for the mistake. Turned an angry customer into a satisfied one. I included a picture of the strangers vest in case the owner of it reads this review and was wondering where it was. Back at the cleaners and still clean."
