"I have been going to James Cleaners over 10 years now. I went in to pick up my clothes and a young lady at the front desk by the name "Diamond ". She either was having a bad day or just rude as ever. I came in asked for my clothes and she brought 2 pieces and I looked them over and they still had the original stains that they had went I took them there. She said to me it ain't my fault and I said I'm not blaming you but seems like every other time I bring something that has a stain I have to come back. Then she aggressively said if I was you and you keep having to bring them back I wouldn't come back here. I said that is rudetoday. And she said it is what it is. Then I said i would speak to the owner. She I don't care. At this point I see it's no need to have a conversation with her, I asked for the rest of my clothes which she wanted argue and say I didn't have anything else for you. So i pulled out my phone and showed her the picture of what i brought in to be cleaned. She snapped her neck back and rolled her eyes. And went to different location and found the rest of my clothes. And BTW the i take pictures is because they lost several of my items and had to reimburse me. So I called back to talk to the owner and the line was busy all day. Called this morning and just so happens, I get the owner Mr. Bill . We spoke and I told him i would come tell him in person what happened. Boy was i shocked by his response. First I told him about the incident and then requested an apology or to give her some proper training. He said I'm short of workers and can't find anyone to work, and went on by saying that most of the workers he have was the RUDE lady at the desk relative's. 2 sisters and her mom. I asked him whaw that have to do with me. He. said i preferthat we part ways. And I said I been coming here for over 10 years and she been here not even a year and you can't correct your internal issues. No problem i will definitely put a review up. He went on threatening me that he would come to job where he bought his Tahoe. Which had nothing to do with this matter. If I know in. Community or area, this definitely not the place you want to do business."
