"To start, I ended up not booking Jules Cleaning. It was recommended to me but I declined their service from the moment I called them. I call their number, a man answers the phone, not stating the name of the business. Rather I have to ask if this is the cleaning service. The rest of the conversation he was brash. Went with someone else in the area. If you're going to run a service, professionalism is key. Apparently Jules Cleaning doesn't care about that."
