"Over priced at least for sewing on some rank and they didn't do a great job at cleaning up the area that held in the velcro. They did have a quick turn around time."

"Absolutely the most expensive cleaners to have uniforms pressed that I ever encountered without fail. Spent 35 years on active duty, and after picking up my wife's uniforms, I questioned the lady about price per uniform. I was told the prices had increased (inflation?) by $5.00 per uniform for pressing. This wasn't express either! Paid the unprofessional lady and promptly took my business directly across the street for much more favorable pricing that's on par with what I was accustomed to paying. Ask the question about prices prior to turning in your uniforms. This is my recommendation!"

"Do Not Do Not……Soldiers I repeat “Do Not” come here for alterations or anything. They are rude, incredibly rude. They are terribly over priced and just plain mean. Not to mention their work quality and time is trash. Spend your money elsewhere I urge you!"

"DON'T USE!!!! DON'T USE!!! This is the worst place I have ever done business with. I should have read more reviews. Woman was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. I came to get my stuff. Lady tells me its not ready. When i pressed, it was already done just hanging in the front. Finishing was poor anyway. Second, prices are the most expensive in the area. I had my own tapes and rank...and they charged me $10 for each sew. It is half this price everywhere around...even less on post. The lady even asked for my card pin. How can you ask for my card pin! I demanded to input the pin myself. I know am never coming back. I am telling my whole company/battalion....and everyone not to come to them for business....."

"Don’t waste your time looking throughout the Ft. Lee area like I did! Go to this store for dry cleaning and alterations. I needed a last minute patch added on and they did it same day no problem. Very good customer service!"
