I also had to reschedule due to my work schedule changing, and he was very understanding. The prices are really good and the service is amazing."

This time we had him take a shot at our large sectional fabric sofa (which has had to suffer thru two young kids and two manic dogs) and I can honestly say that he saved a couch that I wasn't sure was salvageable.
