"My first experience in this cleaner company, my friends recommended and I decided to give it a try. Very well organized business in terms of logistics but ruined my favorite ski pants. Very disappointed. I don’t often take my husband’s shirts to the dry cleaners, but took this one since shirts are always perfectly ironed after the dry cleaners, unfortunately not in this place."

"Regarding alteration, This seamstress at my location had 30 years of experience. I was provided a well-maintained fitting dressing room and area to be measured in. The minute I walked through the door the service excellent. Every staff member, I spoke with was both professional, and very kind. The only reason I marked 4 stars was the cost for alteration. In comparison to the purchase price of the pants was a bit high. Other than that, if you've have clothing you love and need it altered, I would definitely seek them out. Alteration included, pressing my garments which were retrieved quickly pressed and packaged with care. Suggestions for reduction of alteration cost. Reduction for more than one garment with related alteration and/or extension of pick up time. Consider a reduction if free delivery is not taken advantage of. Bottom line, I would suggest this Puritan your first stop for alterations and dry cleaning needs. Merry Christmas to all your staff!"

"The alterations I was provided on my uniforms were good for the time and cost. I have one negative situation though that hopefully will be corrected. Only one patch was sewn on the incorrect arm. The four others are correct. Simply fix,but it's attention to details that is worthy of a 5 star rating."
