"I tried to get information about the cleaning methods used in order to determine whether this company is right for me. I have an infant who is just learning to crawl so I am careful not to use chemical products which could be harmful and instead look for organic cleaning methods. I asked the owner about his products and he told me that he cannot tell me what products he uses and that in asking those questions, I am "too particular". He also added that even if he tells me what he uses that I "would not understand"! In a day and age when we have to be careful about what chemicals and products we are exposed to, it is shocking that Albert Carpet Cleaning would decline to answer questions regarding what chemical products would be inserted into my carpet. Every other company I spoke to was very kind and thorough in explaining their cleaning methods and products. This company left me with a very negative impression."
