"My Oriental rug was picked up from my house, cleaned in the Hadeed plant, and then delivered to my new residence at my condo. The carpet looks clean, smells good, and the colors are brighter. "We had an entrance foyer rug that was cleaned in May and delivered May 31st. Since were having the foyer tile replaced, we did not open the delivered rug until today (June 21st). Much to our surprise the grey, black and white rug was ruined do to bleed over of color of read stain to which we were told it would require $375.00 to restore. Very disappointed, we now have a useless rug! This is not what I call good customer service."

"Clean! I really like my carpets, as I have collected these over the years. I have attached a few pictures of some of my collection. I have 100% silk, wool and silk, wool and wool and cotton. The rug that is red and purple is worth $12,000, I don't just trust it to a dry cleaner. I want the company that has been doing this for more than a decade. Hadeed's guys came out and picked up the inventory, safely moved the furniture, measured and photographed the individual carpets. I liked that they kept me informed with the cleaning process, and updated the pictures. Seems like a few people have been offset by the quality control call, but it makes sense to me to receive information about something that needs to be fixed before I have the rugs delivered. So they called, I was able to see the pictures and elected to address a couple of the issues presented. The rugs were delivered and were in top condition. Great experience."
