"Dissatisfied = lead guy rushed in, tore around looking at vents , suggested I leave due to noise level & necessity to wear mask; called when done, rushed through what had been done (honestly like he had way too much caffeine that morning), left mess in bathtub, scratched paint off wall at intake vent & other issues, charged more than quoted - stating price was number of vents dependent - in which case he should have asked the number of vents prior to quote. Would not recommend."

"They did a wonderful job. Arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my many questions. I felt assured by the improved air quality when they were done. I would of preferred to have the basement ducts addressed from there, instead of the top floor, however this is my first duct cleaning and perhaps it wasn't necessary? I do realize that it would of been difficult to get their machine down there. All in all, I'm very happy with the job, and the price was really reasonable."

"I've never had my ducts cleaned in any of the 8-9 houses I have owned. I'll never live in another house w/o have the ducts cleaned ! At about $35/vent, it's well worth the peace of mind. I actually had an intermittent odor emanating from the ducts & now....NOTHING ! Service was relatively fast & painless. My only tip.....get a glimpse of the trucks filters BEFORE the cleaning begins.They wont be "clean", but you'll have a reference."
