"I was at this place near the time of closing! I'm assuming it was the owner cause if it was a worker she should have been fired! This old fat woman came inside at 9pm and said. Are you going to dry those cloths here to. I said yes. She said well you can't use the dryer after 930 and your not supposed to use the washer after 9 I then see its 903. Which my cloths are already washing. I had some on a double wash cycle. So they wasn't done by 930 I asked to dry them just until 10 which is when they close, at 950 she said I can't mop around you so. If your the owner know u just loved like $20 a week from me! I must say the fort chiswell laundromat is much better anyway! Anywhere but there plus I put my cloths on a hot water wash it was cold. And very few washers worked. I hope no one ever has to be treated like I did in there! That's one place I won't go back. And I hope no one else does either...lol..I'm serious worse experience washing cloths I ever have had."

"Not a good laundromat. I started going there when I moved to Marion a few months ago. Over half of the washers don't work and several of the broken ones aren't even marked as out of order. You only find that out after you've loaded clothes, added detergent and put the required amount of quarters in the machine. Once you realize that it's out of order, you have to take a chance with another, possibly broken machine. This happened to me 3 times with the same load of laundry before I found a machine that worked. None of the washers I tried had out of order signs and they all hungrily accepted the money. One double-sized load of laundry ended up costing me $9.00 just to wash! I decided not to chance the dryers and I took the load home and hung everything up to dry. I've never had a good experience there. I've lost money in the machines more than once. But that visit was the worst. And it will be the last. It's apparent that the owner/owners aren't concerned about the quality of services offered, customer satisfaction or the reputation of the business. This would be a great place for a laundromat."

"We are visiting the area staying in our travel trailer just outside Marion. We needed to do laundry and this was apparently the only place locally. I have been in numerous laundry mats but this by far is the worst ever. By looking at the out of order signs posted on machines I would say about 50% of machines were marked out of order and then just looking around there were more. A few of the washers were missing doors but were still able to take coins. The baskets for moving your clothes would hardly roll. And the restroom was absolutely atrocious! This laundry service seems to be used quite a bit so I do not understand the lack of maintenance. I hope the dry cleaning side does much better than the laundry side."

"Many washers were out of order and a lot of the dryers didn't work, others were missing buttons for clothes with color, some of the dryers also didn't put out enough heat to dry my stuff. I wasted so many quarters getting my clothes dry since this is the only laundromat in town I couldn't go to another, the bathroom is also filthy with water (at least I hope it was water) all over the floor. One of the dryers even ate one of my quarters and didn't give me the time it was supposed to. Next time I'll just make the drive to one of the chilhowie laundromats, I've been to them and they do better than here. I hoped this one would save me time doing laundry since it's closer but boy was I wrong. I didn't get to get good pictures of everything but below is a few."
