"There card readers were not working. As Someone who works in IT the error that it gave was because there wifi wasn't working. I went to put in a 20 for change at the coin machine. It mostly gave me golden dollars which there machines won't even take. How am I supposed to do laundry when its giving me coins that won't work with there machines? This place is completely useless."
"The laundry mat is clean everytime I come. Unfortunately, the owner plays the news on TV bringing negativity to the space. It would be great if it was muted as many don't want to hear it. The restroom never has hand soap. Aside from that its new and clean."
"I go here every week because the other laundromats in Abingdon are filthy and their machines are tiny. It boasts free WiFi on the window but never has WiFi. Also, recently there has been mold growing in the boxes where you pour detergent. Most disgusting of all is that there is never ever soap in the bathroom."
