"Sorry awful service that costed us nearly 6000$ and they won't even reply back to any of our emails so today I'm emailing these scam artist another time if you fail to email us back I'm gonna send you a letter of intent then open suit it's a sad day Im being forced to do this I absolutely do not recommend"

"Had initial appointment set for 10/30/2023 for around 8:30 a.m. I canceled my appointments for that day so I would be home. Got a text from the tech saying that he couldn’t come out till 10/31/2023 at 09:30 a.m. I agreed cause I understand that things happen and sometimes schedules can be messed up to start with. So I again cancelled the appointments I had that morning.Got a text from tech on 10/30/2023 in the evening, he again confirmed that he would be at my house around 09:30 on 10/31/2023. Well on 10/31/2023 at 09:37 a.m. I get a text from the tech informing that he wouldn’t be out till around 11:30…… wondering if I should just text the tech and cancel and find another company to work with."
