"I have owned my vacuum a year it blew blue sparks out the vacuum piece as well as the on and of switch. I call Mike in Lexington virginia store and he told me to call the company so I did they told me I had to schedule a service with there service center their service center is 65 mile one way the man said he doesn't come to my home to fix it but rainbow doesn't have any one closer . I told Mike to come get it and take it him self cause I don't get paid gas mileage he said well the service is free you just have to drive it there well I didn't give 3000 dollars for a vacuum that was supposed to be garenteed like a Kirby forl ife not to honor what he said Kirby would have some one come to me and Kirby would have been here long before a week I just want my money back or a new one and they will not do either I don't have gas to drive 65 mile one way then drop off the vacuum and have to go back and pick up. They don't cover fuel mileage . These vacuums are more trouble than they worth the water gets nasty when you vacuum them you have to clean the tank before you can process and I hate dumping it down my toilet because then it makes a bigger mess I haveTo clean so you have to take it out side to dump it which is just as bad. Don't by one just save your money purchase a in home air filter and a cheap vacuum you would be so much better"
