"I called at 0830 on a Saturday to change my flight to an earlier flight that morning. I selected them to call me back but wasn't called back until 0930, after which I already changed my flight at the Delta desk. When the travel agent finally called me back, I was at the gate waiting to board. She was rude and condescending. She said since I already changed my flight, she couldn't do anything for me even though I explained I already changed my flight because I put in for them to call me back an hour before. I wanted to pick up their call back to let them know I already got it taken care of. She was short and didn't apologize or give a reason for the hour long wait time. How are we supposed to have confidence in them when it takes that long for them to respond?"

"Their representatives are absolutely rude. They often speak in a very condescending tone with an absurd attitude. There is a reason why no one receives "customer surveys" from this company. Bottom dollar government contracting at its best. I wish I could do everything through DTS, even on short notice. I wouldn't even mind the long wait times if there was a pleasant person on the other end of the phone. Avoid."

"After waiting almost 2 hours, the guy picks up the phone, says hello, then before I can answer he hangs up. I had a better chance with SATO, but unfortunately I have to go through this company to ask about getting an earlier flight. Oh and they are closed for the day."

"Yup typical government going with the lowest bidder and guess what? NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Two numbers I had didn't work and one of them said it was 24 hours but that turned out to be a lie. Eventually, I found a number and was on hold for 30 minutes and didn't get to talk to a human being. I understand we are all over the world in different time zones but if you're going to interact with us YOU SHOULD BE AVAILABLE 24/7."

"Will NEVER use this agency again. Kandy is RUDE and condescending. My husband and I went there 2 times trying to get help with travel plans . I guess guess Fridays are bad days. We left with ZERO help. Kandy seemed annoyed and impatient. We Used this agency to book our 2 week Hawaiian honeymoon and it was Great. Well NEVER AGAIN."
