"I’ve been trying to call everyone regarding my situation and no response. I’m trying to get everything in order of what I owe and getting my security deposit back. My last day is January 5th. Ive called the office multiple times and sent an email. It’s simply not hard to pick the phone up or respond to an email."

"We haven't even moved in yet and I don't even want to give this place one star. The communication is terrible. I was encouraged to call corporate by the property manager at Ashton Villages and I went through the entire directory with no luck at all. We also signed our original lease, was given an original move in date only to find out that the apartments were being renovated.. we were given 3 different move in dates in a month and a half span all while the property manager was being rude and passive aggressive. If that's not enough we were also not told that the rent would be going up due to said renovations and still have yet to be put in contact with anyone to discuss these issues."

"They charge too much for rent never want to fix anything. My ceiling was leaking and I had to time my kids for a 15 minute shower. or the whole downstairs would be flooded. I have reported it several times they will delete work orders without them being done. They also cut a hole in the second bedroom which was left there for three months. I did not renew the lease they had me signed a lease for an apartment that was not the apartment that they were supposed to put me in. They put me in apartment that I didn’t even sign a lease for and illegally changed it, without my permission this is the worst people to ever rent from charge too much and the staff is nasty on top of that. How do you say my security deposit to an address that I did not give you and then tell me is nothing that can be done about it. I will never rent from them again and I hope this will help someone else to never rent from them. Yeah it’s good because they let you in when you have something on your rental history but for you to live in trash and I mean they at my kids living in filth and once I signed the lease. I was told I could not get out of the lease unless I broke it. It would be charged twice the amount . If I could’ve gave them zero stars, that’s what I would’ve gave them. They don’t even deserve a one"

"Beware of leasing anything from this management team. I wanted to lease an apt from their Ashton village property and they gave me the run around. They don’t answer the phone nor respond to emails. I asked for my security deposit back and Ashanti Whitaker at Ashton village told me 7 days. 7 days passed and I didn’t receive a check in the mail as told so I sent a email with no reply and left a negative review and then all of a sudden she reaches back out and says it’s takes up to 45 days. Here is day 30 no check from them. And I will continue to leave bad reviews so people don’t waste money on this company. I gave them 1300 in less than 2 weeks but they are a whole corporation and they take 45 days to return it back."
