"To say I am disappointed with their service is an understatement. Angela told me that she would give me a quote the same day I called her. I wasn't expecting her to give us a quote AND offer to clean up our new construction home all in the same night, but she did. She quoted us at $400 plus a $25 fee for cleaning supplies she had to purchase. We agreed on this and sent her the money in full BEFORE she even started. And that was a HUGE mistake on our end! She texted me later that night and said that the windows were a lot more than they expected and they they would need to charge us even more money to do the outsides of them. I didn't feel that was professional/fair as the quote was finalized and the order was already paid in full. But when I asked how much more she'd charge us to do the outsides of the windows, she never gave us a direct answer. She only complained about how much the floors needed to be scrubbed and mopped over and that if we wanted to get a quote from someone else, she would understand and that we could get $100 back as it wasn't finished. We asked her to leave the house and send us the $100 back as she apparently misquoted us and we couldn't afford to pay her more and didn't feel it was fair of her to request more money after we agreed on a price. She told my mom she cleaned 10 insides of windows but when I stopped by my house once she departed, the windows still had stickers on them and weren't cleaned. She said she cleaned the cabinets yet there was still dirt/dust on the island cabinet. She claimed she worked till 1:30 am that night and had to go back that morning to finish yet she had no work to show for it. I tried to call her and see when we'd get the $100 back and she still has yet to reimburse me despite the fact she said she would. If you go with Angela, do not send her payment in full until you see the work is done and expect the possibility of her requesting more money even after she gives you a quote. NEVER AGAIN."

"This business is a joke. Quoted us initially at $400, then asks for more money to go buy supplies. Afterwards, she comes back and says that our home (which is a new construction) is going to take way more work than she expected. she then tells us that we're going to need to be spending more money again to do the job. I would never recommend this business. Totally unprofessional."
