"I met with Chiquita initially and this went well. She was professional, helpful, listened and supplied me with referrals for other providers in and out of her practice. A new provider was coming into her practice and I saw him three or four times. Calvin initially presented as professional as well. On subsequent visits he picked at his ears, nails and bit his fingers. He worked from home and was in what seemed to be an open section of his home and was in front of his sneaker wall. I took that in stride (questioning was I being too picky) until the last visit where he doubled down picking , biting and the someone delivered him something into the room . I feel that’s a serious privacy concern. He said thank you to the person, took out his retainer / Invisalign or what have you while facing the camera, put it in the container and just started eating. Needless to say I will not be seeing this provider anymore considering the lack of professionalism and respect for my privacy."

"Very disappointed and disgusted at how my time was wasted attending this appointment. When we arrived for our SCHEDULED initial NEW PATIENT appointment, that had been booked for over a month, Ms Collins came in at the end of the intake and told us, she's not accepting any new patients at this time; gave us a referral and left. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at a dr appointment. When I called to make the appointment the first thing I asked was, is she taking new patients, the receptionist as "yes." So it was upsetting when she finally came in at the end of the intake process and said she didn't want to take the individual as her patient. I could say more about why I think the reason she declined to treat the patient, but I won't; I won't waste anymore of my time on Supreme Healing. I have gladly moved on."

"What makes Ms. Collins great is how she understand what your issues are but she also knows how to communicate and explain to you what’s going on. She is also very personable which was great for me because this was my first experience with a psychiatrist."

"I would like to retract the last review that I gave for Supreme healing for Chiquita Collins. There was a great miscommunication and I was very upset had not talked to her myself about my grandson. After talking with her today I see that she is a great provider and she gave me exactly what I needed which was his medication so that he would not run out of it because he is having behavior issues. I really do appreciate after talking to her how well she actually helped our family especially my grandson so again I retract the last review that I gave for Supreme healing which was not a good review that was my fault and I just want to let you know that this is a good place to take your kids to get the assistance that they need"
