Reviews of NationsClassroom
"Picture this: a bunch of enthusiastic 8th graders, armed with cameras (AKA cellphones) wide-eyed wonder, and a busload of energy, all headed to our nation's capital. As a parent who didn't go but saw the excitement in my daughter's eyes, let me tell you why you should jump on board with the 8th-grade Washington DC trip craze! First off, it's like a history lesson that's actually fun. Forget textbooks and dusty classrooms; your kid gets to stand where history was made. From the awe-inspiring Lincoln Memorial to the iconic Capitol Building, it's like a real-life civics lesson that doesn't put them to sleep. But wait, there's more! The Smithsonian museums – aka the coolest treasure troves of knowledge – are there waiting to be explored. Your child can marvel at the Hope Diamond's sparkle, see a real-life space shuttle, and discover all sorts of weird and wonderful things. And did I mention the food? Forget the usual cafeteria fare; they'll be trying all sorts of delicious eats, from classic D.C. hot dogs to mouthwatering cupcakes. But I’m sure they’ll stick with their normal food. Plus, there's the chance for souvenir shopping. But the best part? The bonding. They'll make memories and friendships that last a lifetime. Whether it's huddled in a hotel room, laughing at inside jokes, or sharing their first slice of pizza in the big city, this trip is about more than just sightseeing; it's about growing up. So, parents, don't miss out on this adventure. Let your child explore, learn, and have the time of their life on the 8th-grade Washington DC trip. Trust me; you'll get to hear stories and see smiles that make it all worthwhile!"
"Our tour guide Jodie was amazing. Full of knowledge and fun facts. Our driver Leon was amazing at his job. Hand down best driver I’ve had. They were accommodating, thoughtful, and caring. Making sure the kids were all on board and accounted for. If we were ahead of schedule they took us to some sights that were not in our itinerary. Which is always fun. Overall an amazing experience."
"What an awesome trip my son had! so many pictures, great hotels, great travel plans! Everything was taken care of!!!!"
"I'm a teacher with a TON of experience dealing with student camps and tour trips for middle school students. I've attended and/or was lead coordinator on 28 camps and five trips to the east coast. After the Covid cancelation years, we decided in Spring of 2022 to again offer the opportunity for our school's eighth graders a trip to the east coast the following spring in 2023. For the past four trips back east we used another widely known student tour company, and honestly they were fantastic. However for whatever reason, I decided to change things up and take a chance with Nations Classroom. I could be any happier with this decision!! Again, my previous tour company was great, but Nations Classroom just filled in all the little holes from previous years where you thought the trip could be better, and even some you didn't even think about. Everything detail about the trip was just better, but especially Nations Classroom's staff. The staff at Nations Classroom REALLY seem to go the extra mile and are super easy to deal with. They honestly seem to care about the experience you are having. And if you are lucky enough to be located in the west, dealing with Katie as your trip's company coordinator could not be better, and like I mentioned earlier, I've had TONS of experience in this area. I whole heartedly recommend Nations Classroom! Joe Middle School Teacher"
"We had the best time! Everything went so smoothly and the best part was that the children had a blast! From our fabulous tour guide Aaron to the wonderful On-site coordinator Susan….. we would definitely travel with Nations Classroom again!"
