"These people do. It care if you pay on time or not. There is ZERO incentive… they predatory tow, they don’t notify you of pertinent things that can avoid getting in a deeper financial bind then most people are struggling in this economy. Keirsten in the leasing office does not allow tentants to voice concerns without cutting you off or completely disregarding communication. To the point of literally saying “ok I’m done talking to you get out”! Don’t have people in a leasing office that do not take time to hear feedback or concerns from long time tenants who strive to maintain meeting obligations. Yet there’s no reciprocation or acknowledgement of such. This place SUCKS! They don’t care if you leave or stay. I’m the ONLY original tenant in this building after 5 years because they’re AWFUL!!!! Don’t do it"
"Move in was quick and smooth, love the location and absolutely love the size of the apartment. It’s bigger than a lot of apartments i viewed for the same price range! i live in a non renovated apartment and it doesn’t look old at all! No ugly white appliances and countertops lol! Parking is first come first serve but there’s plenty of spots to park! My apartment hasn’t seen a bug and there’s no signs of infestation like some others mentioned! Maintenance takes a little long but they get it done. The gym has a good amount of equipment , i cancelled my pf membership once i moved here."
"Unprofessional and wicked would be my tagline for this place! Me and my now husband were approved and chose a first floor apartment and was told it was a renovated apartment. We decided to set our wedding date before our move. I get a call 3 weeks before our move in date and 2 weeks before we get married asking for my pay stubs. I said my fiance already provided that (a month prior). She blamed it on the lady who gave us the tour; that she had our pay stubs but she received a promotion. So someone unprofessional was promoted? I re-submitted my pay stubs. That alone mishandling of my pay stubs made me nervous. She sends the lease and then we sign it. The next day she says the apartment is not available because it's going through renovations and how far can we push this out! We are getting married and told our apartments we are moving????She said the people who were renovating it didn't start until the 15th. She told me she didn't know till Monday. So, she knew before she gave us that lease to sign. We got the lease after that Monday. An apartment that you have listed available for early November as availabe on their website isn't actually available???? She also blamed it on the lady who gave us the tour not clarifying about it needing renovations. She told me it was a already renovated apartment. They knew they weren't going to give it to us. They offered us a 3rd floor apartment. I worked too hard in life to get to where I am now not to get what I want; especially how expensive Impressions is. There is nothing wrong with the 3rd floor for people who don't mind or like it, but I told you what I wanted and you said it would be available. Not only that, they had another style of 1st floor apartment on their website listed as available also. They told my husband it wasn't renovated. So, you got apartments going through the process of being renovated and not available listed as available? This put so much pressure on what should have been a happy time to get married. I told my husband that these people sound shady and now I'm nervous. We had to hurry and find another luxury apartment that would be honest about what was available. Praise God we found one! That was more pressure on us having to do so in so little time. I don't know if they are practing discrimination and picking and choosing who gets what, or they are doing dirty tricks to fill the 3rd floor. Whatever it is, it's not right lying to people. Playing with people's lives. Then, when my husband called to get his money back and left a voicemail. They weren't answering his calls. I got a hold of them and at least they were able to give him some of his money back. Not only that, those two first floor apartments that "were not renovated" were still listed as available until early November on their website. We got a lease to another luxury apartment on our wedding night! I had other pressures on top of what Impressions did to us. Thank God our honey moon and wedding day were beautiful because the weeks prior were not! Don't be fooled by the pretty model apartment they show you! Why would a luxury apartment have a 3 out of 5 rating? Read the reviews...I wish I had before we toured the place. It's the workers that bring this place down. I pray that God removes every wicked liar that works there with God fearing people! You reap what you sow!"
"I wish I could give zero stars honestly. My A/C has been out for two months and counting with no signs of being fixed. There are also multiple units here with their A/C out. You can drive through this complex and see multiple window a/c units as well. DO NOT move here. Unless you like paying $1300 to $1900 to live in a 85 to 90 degree apartment."
"DON’T DO IT. This is by far the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The office staff is rude and they never answer the phones. They will also freely hang up on you on the off chance that you do get through to them. The grounds are not kept. There is trash everywhere. The dumpster is disgusting, always overflowing and directly next to apartments and the mailboxes. It’s truly a health hazard at this point. There are broken down cars throughout the parking lots, the lawn rarely get mowed (they occasionally use a weed whacker to trim it down??), and the buildings are dirty. They come out with an Aldi shopping cart, a dirty O’Cedar mop and dirty bucket of water and mop the walls as far as they can reach. I’m not sure why they use unorthodox methods but they definitely need to pressure wash, not spin mop the buildings. They also make up their own rules on the lease. Worst office staff I’ve ever dealt with."
