"I haven't had air conditioning since June and now I don't have heating with the cold outside everything coming in. Something else, the apartment is full of cockroaches, I don't have light in the kitchen, the toile is poorly installed, the break falls off all the time since June I have reported everything and no one comes in December I sent a letter expressing my concern and the things that need to be resolved and no one has come to see the things the price they charge is very high and they don't have people to come to the apartment to repair the things Also the stairs are all dirty and no one comes to clean I would like to see what we are going to do or when we can talk to resolve all these problems."

"I have lived here since for 3 years. And its getting to the point where its not even affordable anymore. My rent has increased $305.00, the apartment hasn't gotten bigger or better but they are quick to send out the rental increase letters. Sending out increase letters is the only thing they stay on top of, because everything else is a nightmare. The roach infestation is REALLLLLL. The maintenance issues are REALLLLL. My dishwasher broke down on Thanksgiving and one maintenance guy came out and dismantled it and promised to come back the next day and it has literally been 6 weeks and still nobody has returned. It is now moldy and smells. I have called the office and get the same spiel "I will forward it to maintenance". THE CONVENIENCE OF LIVING NEAR EVERYTHING IS LITERALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR AGGRAVATION!"

"I have lived here going on 2 years now and at first maintenance would show up maybe a day or 2 after reports of anything which was not a big deal but once this new management took over I completely regretted my choice in moving here. This leasing office is completely rude and could care less about getting around to fixing issues in July of 2023 my washer stopped working and after reporting it no one ever came to take the water out and I had to remove it myself! I never got a follow up about that but to get a new unit all together for the washer and dryer and pay for it when stated in the lease it’s a provided utility that you are paying for in the rent! Next August of 2023 my dishwasher stopped working, the maintenance manger that just walked around on the phone while his 2 employee actually attempt in fixing issues told me that a construction order would have to go in to replace it. The beginning of November is when I finally received a call from the office and they were calling to ask if it was ever replaced or fixed like they don’t keep track of that information but I can assume from that no construction order was clearly ever submitted, but also still not follow up from that. Finally today November 28, 2023 my toilet is now not working. I do not really have high hopes in repair to be completely honest I’ll be more surprised if someone does show up. I have followed all the steps I’ve needed to take to try to have this issues resolved but I am feeling like the other end could care less and it really doesn’t surprise me considering the rude staff they have in the office, especially the manger she’s probably has the worse bipolar attitude out of them all. Point blank, do not rent here it is not worth the stress and I will not be releasing."

"Unless you have no other choice do not move here. We moved here 2 yrs ago and seen management change multiple times and between roach infestations spiders black beetles,ants,leaking water, cracks in bathroom ceiling,bad plumbing, mold, no maintenance on site dirty hallways kids that terrorize the neighborhood overfilled dumpsters management non responsive including the company that owns this property not returning calls oh and did I mention multiple paperwork errors which I have discovered multiple tenets are dealing with the same issue with their contracts.This place is not worth the money they want to charge. You are better off renting a house for what they are asking We haven't unpacked alot of things due to the roaches and we even considered throwing things away to avoid taking the bugs with us. We are over it!"

"Im a very patient and understanding person Yall only get one rating ands its because i cant give you a zero. This place is terrible. I lived here for over 2 years, the roach infestation is crazy, the vents in my apartment were disgusting. I have 5 pending maintenance request that didnt get fixed or our in progress. My dishwater has been OOC since July of last year. They said they fixed it but didnt. My ceiling is growing mold and craxking and is filled with water. Have holes in my ceiling as well. My toilet doesn't flush with the handle, so screw this place. I just moved out and so much happier. I only been in my new place for a day and i feel healthy and safe. Most of yhe staff are rude. Highly not recommend this place. Not worth what they charge people for. They tend to play favorites as well."
