"Only giving 3 stars due to the way staff handled a request. I needed a down comforter washed that is specifically “dry clean only.” They instead told my mother in law that she “could of just taken it to the laundry mat with the bigger washers.” Down comforters can be risky to clean and I wanted to make sure that it was done correctly. Other than that, overall they did a good job with my comforter. It’s still fluffy, and isn’t lumpy or out of shape."

"I dropped off my favorite Gorin Brothers hat to be cleaned. This is the hat I wear at shows. It is less than a year old, never been worn for prolonged periods in the sun. I took it in to have it cleaned, to clean the sweat out of it. It came back looking like the attached pictures. It looks almost bleached. I have posted two recent pictures showing what it looked like before we dropped it off. They had told my wife, after she picked it up, that they don’t like doing hats. They should have said that when she dropped it off and we would have taken it elsewhere. When we asked them to replace it, they just stood there and laughed and said it was our word against theirs. They said we brought them an old hat and that it looked like that when we brought it in. There is always a price for treating customers like garbage. They have lost our business and should lose more. This is how we hold bad businesses accountable."
