"We had cockroaches the whole year we were there while paying a Pest Fee. The exterminator came and it only got worse. Our kitchen fell through, washer would overfill. Our neighbor was murdered as well. The lease has a 60 day intent to leave policy. Where as soon as you notify you are leaving it starts your 60 day window. They WILL extend your lease after the terms to fulfill the 60 day period. The maintenance guy is friendly and caring. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
