"If i could give negative stars i would . i’ve been living here going on 4 months and just about every single week theres something wrong with this apartment. My shower was messed up which was causing my hot water to run out quickly and water bill to be very high. After 3 months of living here and MANY inquiries it finally got fixed. Not to mention the upstairs neighbor from actual hell! constantly banging , vacuuming, blasting tv at ungodly hours of the night waking up not only me but my children as well. i’ve complained multiple times to the office and nothing has changed. Now there’s a leak coming thru my kids ceiling and on a matter of time i know it’s going to lead to an electrical fire and there’s no pep in anyone’s step to avoid that from happening. Not to mention coming home on new year’s day from work to find an abundance of firearm shell casings all over the parking lot , in the grass and up to my doorstep . i will absolutely NOT even consider renewing my lease or recommend anyone move here."

"Cheap but can lack in quality a lot of management isn’t good either. Don’t come here if you’re not ok with a portable washer and drier and semi rude staff. The entrances often have a bad smell as well.."

"Do not live here. I had so many issues with the neighbors and the management never did anything. We even got in verbal altercations with the neighbors. They were loud, I could hear their music all through my house, they had people always in and out of their apartment, weed smoke and partying in the parking lot. Turns out the management were friends and were related to them. We ended up moving out early. It was horrible and I hope they have new management now. My rent and others rent was supposedly “stolen” when we called western union the money orders were cash but the apartments name was on the money orders. On the police report it said the drop box was damaged during the supposed “break in” and it wasn’t damaged and no cameras were put it. So, take that for what you will."

"I have complained about screens in my windows over and over. Management told me the screens were fixed I let her know they needed fixing and to this day they are not fixed. This has been going on for approx a year. Management won't come and look at what I am talking about blaming it on bags from grocery store. From the outside of the apartment they look normal but from the inside they have big gaps in them wrong size. Can't get any service and I have complained over and over. Very dissatisfied!!!"
