"So far this hasn’t been the most pleasant experience. If this were a lower end apartment, the issues we had would make sense. But as a “luxury” apartment, this place has been really sub standard. When we moved in, they messed up the paint job and got paint everywhere. On the carpet, the floor, outlet covers, the curtains, the list goes on. And we ask them to fix it, they would make the situation worse. They even ate a hole in our kitchen transition. And they still haven’t replaced it. If you put in a maintenance ticket you have to make sure you’re on top of it because they often don’t follow up with you and will close tickets without confirming with you the issue is resolved. They’re technicians… well it’s almost pointless to expect them to actually fix anything. Our car got towed by mistake because the decal they gave up melted off and refused to fix it even though we’re paying residents. The AC has gone out a bunch of times and I’m still convinced they haven’t fixed it this last time. A lot of people have been moving out because they won’t fix anything. And right now I think our building is possibly infested with silverfish because they wouldn’t get the leak fixed in our neighbors ceiling downstairs. It’s now been seven months and I don’t have any intention of renewing. So if you ever plan on renting and the property management is MAA, don’t bother."

"In the name it says luxury apartments, so I would assume everything would be up to order and handled. However there are so many unexpected things that happen here it's ridiculous. For starters I put in a work order and they always say that they’ve handle/fixed the problem, however not one maintenance person has ever even stepped into my apartment. My dishwasher door is broken, so even if I wanted to use it I cant, The work order for that has been in for months now and they claimed they fixed it however it is still broken... I put in a work order for my door handle it took a months for them to fix that however when they "fixed" it they put a totally different handle on my door that do not even look remotely alike. They didn't fix my door handle until they shut the AC down in my entire building with no warning. With the AC I had to go out and spend money purchasing fans because obviously i can't let my family be hot in middle of the summer. They still wanted their rent but they weren't very on it with the AC, 2 days later with no AC the inspector went into my unit, not to fix it just to inspect. They have Luxury apartments on the name and the outside may look good, but this is by far have to be one of the worse leasing managements i've ever rented with."

"So thankful the new manager Courtney is getting stuff done! I have noticed quite a difference in the last month. Aleita and Mayah are wonderful and have been so helpful. I finally feel at home! The clubhouse & fitness center are my favorite!! I have resigned my lease and I look forward to using all the great amenities for another year!"
