"The office manager will be more worried about vaping by your car or getting car that are only week pass expired not to mention all the stray cats but when i had come an told her about her friend who lets his big dogs walk of leash an chase me an wife twice now that’s perfectly fine because unless your the office mangers friend she will not care or say anything to you not to mention they have a fake 24/7 cop here an they broke into both my cars an neighbors an office manager said it wasn’t her issue that i should remember to lock my car doors if you still decide to move here just try an have the least amount of contact with management an its not calm here there are always parties at tennis court an junkies walking in an outta the apartments because of how close its to mall dumpsters if you like waking up middle night to cat fight an junkies fighting over dumpster scraps this is the place for you"

"This place is a rip off. They give dumb notices regarding not smoking on the premises, power washing etc but won’t give you a warning before towing your up to date vehicle. My catalytic converter was stolen along with other residents and they refuse to put up cameras. I will not recommend moving here. They charge an arm and a leg and they don’t care what happens to our property. They take forever to fix anything that’s broken. The customer service here is abysmal. I cannot wait for my lease to be over so I can leave this nightmare! Do not consider moving!!!!! Give your money to any other place that would actually care about their residents!"

"Living here is wonderful. The location is super convenient, located between Target shopping center and Patrick Henry Mall. The property stays maintained and cleaned. All maintenance needs are handled quickly. The office employees are extremely professional and helpful. Crystal, especially, she goes out of her way to make all residents comfortable and makes sure they feel welcomed."

"I have lived at Waterman's Crossing for over a year and have always been promptly assisted with any apartment problems or billing issues. They have a great pool area, tennis court, volleyball court, as well as a gym with dumbbells that fills any quick work-out needs. Crystal, the project manager, has personally spent her time nullifying any issues that I had received and ensured that my time at Waterman's Crossing was care-free. She, as well as her coworkers, have been a friendly and welcoming atmosphere which has made me feel special as a customer and renter. I have already recommended four separate friends to also move in here and would recommend it to anyone else that is looking for an apartment complex in a well-kept and safe area of Newport News.
