"The guys came over and got to work immediately. They got out every stain in my carpet. This was 20 year old carpet that smelled like a 100 lb Bulldog. Now it's like new! Actually, they used some sort of solution that made it smell better than new carpet. "Had a great experience with Beto's Carpet Cleaning. I was able to get a quote via email and then called to make an appointment a few days later. They had multiple appointments available later that week. I let them know that I wouldn't be at the location the day of the cleaning and would need a heads up when they were on their way, and they gave me plenty of lead time, even apologizing that they were running a little earlier than expected! Marco was incredibly friendly and professional to work with on the day of. Given the relatively small size of the rooms I needed the carpet cleaned in, they even charged me lower than I was quoted, without my asking. The carpets look clean and refreshed now, despite a decent amount of wear and tear. It's really nice to work with an honest, quality, local business and get such great results."
