"I decided to reach out to this company after seeing great reviews online. To say I was highly disappointed is a huge understatement. I had to tell the two ladies who came over and over again to clean certain thing. The vacuumed the upstairs portion 3 times and that’s the only reason the carpet looked clean. We have had other company come and clean the house and it took them a little more than 3 hours. This company took 7.5 hours because we had to keep telling them to redo stuff. We were going to ask them to revacuum the main floor and mop the wood Flores properly after failing to clean it properly the first time, but we didn’t as it would add up on the hours. It took one hour to clean a bathroom which wasn’t clean. Two hours to clean a kitchen which I can clean in an hr if I’m deep cleaning it myself. I would’ve been better cleaning it myself but we had a holiday coming up. The only good thing I can say is that I ended up paying for 5 hours after the owner caught and attitude and reluctantly agreed. Do yourself a favor and do not hire these people which is also something the owner said to me on the phone. He said “next time hire someone else.” Gladly."
