"Have used this business for alterations and dry cleaning but I recently took some uniforms to have the rank changed. When I got the top back, the zipper was broken. There was a hole in the plastic tooth from the sewing machine needle. I had to take it on and off over my head. When I took it back to have the zipper changed, they were going to charge me $45. They also destroyed the broken zipper so that I couldn't even put it on over my head to wear it. Not sure that I will take them any more business."
