Obviously i’m not looking to move in today I have plenty of time it seems like all these inner city apartments are so lazy and don’t care about their jobs or work or to help out people looking to move in it’s so exhausting trying to find a place that’s actually affordable and worth the money without hassling and doing THEIR job yourself."

"Have had many issues in my two years here, doors propped open, turned my key fob/building access off at one point and made me wait until the next day and take off work to pick up a new one. There was an issue with the hot water, where for over three months we had 150* showers (put in 5+ maintenance requests and water heater had specific warnings not to set above 120*). There's also a repeated issue with water coming into my living room from the upstairs apartment. Leasing company is 20 minutes late to do an move out walk through and collect my keys, they are also charging me a 10% late fee despite the fact I received a payment confirmation (it never posted some sort of issue with their payment system). There's an excessive amount of noise, feces and dumpster is overflowing. I'm so excited to be moving out of this building. And per there reply I have talked to them numerous times about each of these issues."
