"I reside out here now , the parking is terrible , my daughter was in a car accident and her car was totaled, she was not able to get the parking pass - they told her a replacement parking pass is 125$ , the trash on the weekend is awful , the residents that live over top me makes so much noise , fight all the time , no grace period for your rent , if your rent is not paid on the 1st - its LATE ! . Broken down cars In visitor parking , that ppl need My apartment is nice , the management now is rude asab ,RYAN in particular , they was nice when I 1 st moved out here 3 years ago - if you are a working person , go somewhere else and spend your money"

"Thank God we are moving a month before our lease is up. There are roaches popping up out of no where. I only saw pest control once in the summer and they only sprayed the door way. The trash dump is constantly over flowing on the weekend. There are abandoned cats that stay on your patio."

"The apartment was beautiful but the staff in the front office can not answer questions and give you the run around. The unit i was in was new but they came in for “maintenance” over 20 times out of the 14 months i was there. The parking was horrible even with the parking pass i still was parking 2 buildings away from the unit i was in. Also moving out the walk through was done before they told me they were gonna do it and i was charged fees that to this day I am not sure of. And was charge a full additional month for the washer and dryer. I would not recommend this community."

"Love the neighborhood nice and quiet. Front office staff has really improved and listen to your concerns and issues. I am happy regarding the new parking because I am a household with one vehicle and there are several nights where I had to park so far away from my building, which isn't safe being single. I would recommend this area for anyone who is looking for a nice quiet community."

"I love the atmosphere, however I don’t agree with them just giving out 1 parking pass to each household. It was a nightmare trying to find somewhere to park, we had a number of reserved spaces open but no visitors spaces at all. My husband had to park in front of the houses across the street which is so unnecessary. How can you live somewhere and have nowhere to park??"
