"Trying to get them to measure pants for the correct inseam was very challenging. They wanted to just guess the length. I asked them to please measure as a proper way of fitting. The lady seemed perplexed and kept telling guessed inseam figures. Didn’t want to waste my time and money, so left before they will even ruin my new pants. At least she was polite."

"BEWARE BEFORE TAKING YOUR ITEMSTO THIS CLEANERS FOR ALTERATIONS! Customer service is horrible. I needed an alteration done to my dress to make it fit under my arms. Needless to say the dress was returned unrecognizable. The cuts under the arms were uneven. You could see the alteration and the dress looked horrible. I was in tears and my Diana Van Furstenberg dress was ruined. All the owner could say was, "I don't know what happened." Geeh thanks but no thanks!"

"Alterations wasn’t done properly this is my 3rd time giving her something I always have to come back. For her to fix. They have a signed saying they do alterations, but it seems like she doesn’t want or know how to do alterations I’m tired of giving her chances I’m done. I’ll have to find somewhere else to take my items. I’m also fed up of the huge language barrier."

"This used to be our “go to” dry cleaner and tailor. Unfortunately, since COVID, they have gone waaaay down hill. Thought I’d try one last time and COMPLETELY REGRET IT!! Wife dropped off yellow dress that was to be hemmed- 2 hems required- outer and lining. Wife stated dress must be completed by certain day/time as we were leaving the area for an event. We allowed plenty of time (8 days) and when wife went to collect the dress she was told, “Not ready yet! Come back after 5:30.” Now this was impossible because we were being picked up for our trip at 5:00. Wife wasn’t able to bring the dress SHE PURPOSELY PURCHASED FOR EVENT and had to scramble to find something else. This is unacceptable. When we returned (2 days later), she went to pick up the dress and only 1/4” of outer dress was hemmed so owner wouldn’t have to hem inner lining as well. Still, she charged us $52 for the double hem even though it was late and, in the end, too long. WE WILL NEVER RETURN. We’ve been burned too many times by this business. ☹️"

"Awful experience. Paid to have a pair of brand new pants tailored for an upcoming wedding. When I took my pants in all tags were still attached and the pants looked as they should, new. During pick up I noticed when I tried them on to see how they fit, the lady kept rushing me and telling me they were perfect. Since I was in a rush, I only paid attention to the areas where I requested alterations. The next day however, while getting ready for the wedding I laid the pants out and to my dismay I noticed a long frayed line along the rear pants leg. Given how straight the line was it looked as if it was went across a machine of some type. When I returned from the wedding I took the pants back to make them aware and they were reluctant to help resolve the problem. I even asked why they took the tags off and they wouldn’t give me an answer. This was my first time having alterations performed at this cleaner, and it will certainly be my last. I will likely never do business with them again. Only thing I’ll say about this establishment is caveat emptor"
