Winchester Green Apartments

"Completely unprofessional I have been waiting for 3 weeks for response on my application they never answer the phone nor respond to my email. Went to the apartments and the door was locked, just tried to email them and I’m blocked wow what a freaking nightmare just scamming people out of applications fees…. RUN DO NOT APPLY!!!!!"

"Office staff rude no parking spots for residents maintenance me peek threw your window when you dont answer your door kids be in the house maintenance will walk in your house without you being there to many fights rude people live out there not a very good place to have a family live at"

"These apartments are going downhill, once was a great quiet neighborhood has now become loud, kids everywhere damaging your property, they are letting low income move here that's bringing the neighborhood down! Tow truck tow your car out of visitors spaces it's just disappointing to live here now!"

"Office staff is very rude. Veda is so disrespectful. I had a house fire and as the apartment was going up in flames Veda was on the phone calling Housing Authority. Not once did she express any empathy! That wasnt the time or place. She tried to tell an apartment manager that i owed money to Winchester due to the fire while the case was still being reviewed. She is very spiteful the manager at my new complex knew of her and wasn't shocked by the situation. Veda also tried to tell me that the smoke would never come out of my clothes and nothing was able to be saved' but the Mighty God that i serve made sure nothing in my closet was destroyed or damaged. There is one maintence man that steals and tried to sell some of my daughters things including her beats headphones, ipad, a laptop and 3 pairs of her Jordans. At the end of the day those items have been replaced and im thankful no one was injured!"

"Been here almost three years.Very nice apartments tucked away in this very nice neighborhood full of trees and beautiful shrubbery BUT the rent goes up 40 bucks every time you renew your lease. This year we got an extra surprise when they added an additional 40 bucks for water to our monthly payments increasing our monthly payment's by 80 dolllars."
