The people that work and live at Charleston Ridge are Friendly, helpful, and responsive. The building, property and admenities are clean and kept up to date. I would highly recomend Charleston Ridge to any renter short term or long term , it is well worth the wait for an opportunity to live there."

"I moved into my apartment in early December of 2016. The apartment was brand-new and perfect for my needs. The amenities in the building are outstanding, the grounds are superb and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This alone makes living here a joy and very pleasant. The neighbors are very friendly, they all seem to like living here. Besides this lovely environment, Management has provided us, the residents with some lovely surprise activities and banquet-type meals, picnics and entertaining activities through out the year. I feel very grateful and safe living here."

"I’ve lived at Charleston Ridge since my building opened and can’t say enough about the office staff, maintenance staff and the amenities the complex offers. They have even started offering exercise classes and paint nights that are free to residents. My sister and I live together and our floor plan allows us each to have our own “side” of the apartment. You never hear your neighbors and having an elevator is great. The community is pet friendly which is also a huge plus and not something you often find in an apartment complex. We are so thankful to call Charleston Ridge our home!"

"I have lived here at Charleston Ridge since they opened in October 2016. I love the amenities, especially the 24/7 availability of the clubhouse. Which also includes the coffee bar! A really great exercise facility, with a wide variety of equipment. I love the granite countertops in my kitchen & bathroom. The maintenance staff is really great & always punctual about any maintenance needs you may have. The leasing office staff are warm, friendly & professional !! I’m happy in my own space & that says a lot!!"
