"Absolutely the worst car rental company I have dealt with. Reserved a full size truck in advance and on the day I was supposed to pick it up they tell me all they have is a Ford ranger. Elijah said he would call around and see if he could find a full size since that is what I reserved and needed. That was the last I heard from him. No call back whatsoever to let me know if they found anything or not. Fortunately I called Johnson Chevrolet in Clintwood and they had a vehicle that worked perfectly. Do not waste your money with enterprise. Customer service does not exist."
