"I’ve lived here a year now and can say, yes these apartments are beautiful but there’s many flaws. Safety here is a concern. I’ve never lived anywhere where I’ve seen so many police come in within the year of being here. Your cars aren’t even safe due to many break ins in our very own parking lot. Model tobacco states that the building is smoke free…. There are people that definitely don’t follow that policy. The office staff are amazing but their flaw, is that there’s constantly new management and maintenance team and don’t always communicate. There are just a few main flaws among the many that I could mention. In summary, Yes you’re paying for a beautiful place but model tobacco lofts are not transparent in what they are getting you into when you sign your lease."

"Loved Jasmaine! She is very helpful and considerate of everyone who walks through the doors for any tours or questions about the apartments. She was more than informative and provided exceptional customer service. She helped me through my entire move in process and made sure everything was together to help me out. Building is beautiful and safe and has many great amenities."

"Jasmine and Landon both were incredibly sweet and accommodating, the amenities offered are so much compared to what you usually get (rock climbing, gym, court, and a ton of relaxing/work spots. The original architecture is preserved which makes a great conversation starter for your guests while also being enjoyable to look and walk around the building. Apartments are spacious and updated and gate/ other security measures make living here feel safe."

Their professionalism and genuine warmth made the entire process a breeze. What truly solidified my confidence in the place was the way they helped my friend secure her first apartment. "I have lived here for a few months now. It feels like one of the safest complexes to live in. The other tenants are so friendly. The amount of amenities they offer is incredible especially for what we pay, compared to others in the Richmond area. The preserved history is my favorite part, they did it so well and it doesn’t feel outdated. Landon & Jasmine have always been helpful and great to talk to! I appreciate the standards that are enforced. On top of that, I’m in love with my apartment and how it doesn’t feel cookie cutter or like any other industrial or pseudo luxury apartment. We have an amazing amount of sq, ft. for the price. I’m looking forward to being here for the next 2 years."
