"I made a reservation for my dog for a 3 day stay, which got confirmed online. On the day of drop-off I tried to call multiple times and left a message (no answer, no returned calls). Upon arrival several hours later, no one answered the door or the phone despite there being several cars there. I was unable to drop off my dog. I tried calling the next day as well to see if there was a misunderstanding - no answer. Even a week later I have gotten no follow-up, or questions as to why I didn't use my reservation. Not sure how they are still in business - I would NEVER trust them to take care of my dog. If they can't even be bothered to make a phone call, how much would they neglect my dog?"
"We have brought our herding dog mix here many times for day care. She loves playing with her friends and gets lots of attention from the staff. This is our favorite place to take her for exercise and care when we are unable to give her the attention she needs. Highly recommend!"

"We loved bringing our dog Biscuit here and he LOVED coming! We would literally run out of the car to get in and play. Biscuit is a handful and required a fair bit of attention, and the staff dealt with him fantastically. The dogs have loads of room to run around and play. Biz would come home happy and exhausted! Unfortunately we moved away from the area, otherwise Biz would still be coming!"
