"Awful and nasty customer service. I am being harassed by the property manager. Also I don’t have any privacy in my apartment. She went into my apartment and took a picture of my room. They have inspections every 3 months now. The manager supervisor doesn’t respond to emails so I am in the process of taking legal action. If I can give this place a negative 5 stars I would."

"I called a few days ago and spoke with Shantell. She is awesome. She answered all my questions and threw out answers to things I did not think I needed to know. You can tell she is passionate about working here from the way she explained the apartment homes and the open floor concept. Unfortunately I do not qualify as I make too much, but I would love renting here just from the amenities and being able to work with her as a leasing agent. By far the friendliest I’ve dealt with these past two weeks. Also she was super busy with EOM (End of Month) and asked to call me back… and she did even after business hours. She is super sweet with great energy! Thanks Shantel for your assistance and recommendations"

"This is the absolute horrible space to live. I've been here for over 3 years and management offers NO support, they hire folks that can't do their jobs, there is no security to protect the tenants, they raise the rent every year, although they say they won't... Just a pure hell hole to live. RUN and don't look back.."

"I have been here since April and nothing has been fixed in my apartment. I continue to ask management when would things be fixed and no one has an answer. We have garage parking but is not allowed to park there. Management really lacks communication. I can’t wait to leave this apartment."
