"I recently visited the Hubbard office with the intention of gathering information about rent, and I must say the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. On my first visit, I found the office unexpectedly closed during its posted regular business hours. Despite checking the hours listed on the window, I returned 30 minutes before closing time, only to find it closed yet again. Even an early morning visit the following day yielded the same result. This lack of accessibility is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management. Due to these ongoing issues and the seeming disorganization, I am disinclined to return. I sincerely hope my feedback will serve as a catalyst for meaningful changes to benefit future visitors."

"I have one of the absolute best views looking over the city from ALL of my windows. (Top floor) My 2 bedroom is a very generous size, the upkeep is efficient and management (Ms.Tina) is not only professional and diligent, she cares about her residents like family."
