"I moved into my apartment in 2014. 2 windows with venetian blinds were broken. Had to report a gas leak 5 different times. Mail box was broken often and not fixed in timely manner. The neighbor was ghetto and rude. The office manager from October 2018 made mistakes with renewal of lease. My name was removed yet still today , some how my name is on a new lease without my actual signature or approval when it should only be my daughters name on it. How was this overlooked. I’m still looking for answers so I can take proper action. I asked for rental statements after a few months living there, and for some crazy reason it Showed I was credited $650 then, it took a year to clear it. After that it showed I owed $550. This was getting really bad. I owed nothing. They seem to have had a hard time correcting their mistakes again plus that took another year or so. The new property manager has a lot on her hands to deal with past mistakes done before she got into office. I hope she can correct this leasing paperwork mistake very soon. God bless them all ...."

"I live here right now and they are the worst apartment that affordable apartment. They never answer the phone. the maintenance do not come when you call to fix any thing. I will soon show picture of how they keep they complex . not happy I had to a least give a star ( not star worthy)"

"I applied for a rental for a 3 bedroom apartment with Ms. Stephanie Smallwood. I took everything but on document. I was told that I can bring it to her on Monday 15, 2017. But before I could get my question out she promised to call me back. I am still waiting for call. I don't do business with folks like this. Most of these DC rental offices hire anyone. They take your application fees and have no intentions on giving you an apartment because if there is only one unit left, how you keep allowing so many folks apply for that one. RIp off and DC needs to stop hiring unprofessional people. I will keep moving on after I get my dang money back! Part 2. I still didn't get it. I called just to see what and how they would respond to me. I was denied initially because my credit report showed an eviction. I never been evicted, however, late yes. This happen in life that we have no control over. I care for my grandmother and have been for 10 yrs. I am disabled myself so fixed income comes with set backs. Yet, I still manage to keep a roof over my head with section 8. Not knocking it at all. I can use it right about now! Lol.. Anyway, the response was as expected, no call back and I was told no it's because you pay late payments now. Wow, folks stay prayed up please because we are living in a none caring world now. I know God is pushing me to use my VA. Loan. Working on it now. My scores have increased and I am an Entrepreneur. Good luck readers and be blessed."
