"Very unprofessional property, went to view a unit a few months ago and was very disappointed. The unit itself was very nice, but when I went to view the apartment the front door was broken packages left in the lobby unattended. The hallway carpets were very nasty and from the sounds of the hall the walls are paper thin."

"Called there to get information on units. The person that answers the phones does not greet with her name. Additionally, she is not very skilled in answering questions. I asked her what were the market units, and she stated that they were all market units. I then said I thought you had restricted units as well. She stated "no we have tax credit units." Comprehension is lacking because the tax credit program is "restricted." Sounds like the element they want to change also works in the office."
