"I would not recommend these apartments. Management is extremely unprofessional. This office & their other office in NJ. On 10/25, I waited 3 hours after my appointment time to be seen & fill out my application. Then I was told by Flo, I'd be moving in within two weeks. The following day I received a voicemail from the NJ office telling me my name was coming up on the waitlist & if I was still interested. When I met with flo, she did not mention to me that there was a wait list. She didn't even state her name. I called this lady multiple times. She has no voicemail & keeps the phone on dnd so that already shows their lack of professionalism. I tried calling South cap in DC to figure out what's going on. I spoke with Denise and she was no help. She told me I was number 114 on the waitlist. I asked her why a wait list was never mention from the beginning of why I would be so far behind on it. She explained that lots of people had applied before me. Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted my time applying to this apartment, knowing I need to move by a certain time. I voiced my concerns & all I got in return was excuses. They don't care. On 11/5 I spoke with the lady from the NJ office. She told me I have to be put on a waitlist & that's why she was calling. But in the voicemail she told me my name is coming up soon.. She told me she would send some additional paperwork so I can be put on the waitlist & I should be able to move in soon. It's now 12/5. I haven't received any additional paperwork, no follow up phone calls. I've tried calling multiple times. At this point I'm concerned with what's being done with my private information that I had to submit for the application. These people have completely wasted my time & gotten my hopes up."
