"Save your time looking to rent from these properties owned by UIP unless you want to deal with Rodents, pest , and leaks . I lived there for two years and it was hell . Please Google UIP property review's before thinking about moving in any of their properties ."I wish I did !"
"I lived at this location/ apartment for 15 years, it is the best where one can find peace of mind. Transportation is very convenient as James stated! If you plan moving to Washington DC, don't hesitate to take a look around this apartment, I highly recommend it!"
"UIPPM assumed ownership of our building this past Summer and is in the process of doing renovations. I've lived in this building for over 30 years and I'm excited about our future and enjoy our new partnership with UIPPM. Our location has access to excellent Metro bus lines including express buses on 14th & 16th Streets NW, the cross town E4 bus line, and we're about a ten minute bus ride from Ft. Totten & Columbia Heights Metro Stations. The jewel of the city, Rock Creek Park, is two blocks away. Can't wait to see our building when all the renovations have been completed for our historic building!"
"I put an application on a 1 bedroom apt here some years ago and the apartment was so warm and inviting. The balcony was roomy enough to sit out and have a small table. The best is the bath with the vintage tile and open space. Soon, I am going to try for a 2 bedroom as I wish to move back to DC."
