"The apartments are large and sunny. It's a great community to live in. Sharon was amazing to work with. There were a lot of pet owners, because its one of the few buildings that allows for pets, and it has a park right across from the building. No pet fees are being charged. I had two babies and people were very helpful. The location is great and you don't need a car. There is plenty of public transportation, and it is just 8 minutes to Dupont Circle's red line. I lived there for over two years and would have stayed, but I had to leave DC. I still go back and visit at times. I'd move back into that building in a heart beat."
