"Me and my partner was very excited to hopefully call Luzon our new home in dc. I had a phone meeting with Tiffany which she never called me back like she was suppose to on Tuesday. Told me she was going to call back to In five minutes to do a virtual tour and it never happened. We were excited that the space was spacious and in our price range. As a person I don’t feel I need to track down someone to ask them if they will return my call or get back with us with information regarding Tenants that would like to stay in there apartments. I didn’t want to leave a review but when you don’t do your job and you don’t care about responding back to others, then that’s when I leave a review letting others know what I’m experiencing. Me and my partner definitely were happy with what we saw but now are no longer interesting Luzon apartments."
"when you go to the office there is never the person and they say that they close at 5 PM and if you go to 3 PM the person is no longer why you always leave before the time"
"A rubbish building, the apartments are built inside and they don't fix them, the air conditioning doesn't work either"
