"I lived here for almost 6 years and it was a top notch experience, through and through. The staff and leasing office team literally felt like family. Location is perfect. The units are modern, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing (high quality finishes and appliances, large windows). Our guests always commented on how nice our space was. The gym is well maintained and has everything you need for a workout. The rooftop pool and barbecue area are perfect hangouts when the weather is nice. We also hosted several parties in the rooftop lounge. Overall, can't picture a better place to live in the area."

Both Petra and Glenn, as well as the front desk staff and maintenance staff, are very professional and go out of their way to assist with any request. We had several small maintenance issues which were corrected promptly and to our satisfaction. The building is always clean and well maintained and the staff is always pleasant and responsive. We couldn't be happier."

"We have been living at 2001 Clarendon Apts for over a year now and it's been a great place to live. The retail stores on the first floor are nice and convenient, especially the ACE hardware. We haven't had any major issues with our apartment and if we do, maintenance addresses them quickly. The office staff and front desk staff are awesome!"
