Ivy Gates Townhomes

"They are cheap, affordable and spacious but I dont recommend moving here they don't fix anything ! Ceiling is peeling a a fewthings that were promised to be fixed when I moved in still haven't been fixed and I've been here 5 months. They also have a bad bug problem (spiders/ants) . I recently moved here an I regret it won't be renewing my lease."

"I left a letter with the landlord about a security issue two weeks ago and I thought it was fixed. I came home from school and notice my trespassing sign was gone. Apparently kids and teenagers broke into my apartment, ate snacks and drunk alcohol. They blackmailed and threatened my son with violence. Also my ceiling collapsed twice with water and my floor still ain’t fixed. My mother also live there and they took months to fix her issues. Today- Someone broke in again. I want to switch apartments or I’m ending my contract. I do not feel safe."
