"Honestly think it’s funny how they have all these nice pictures from the new company in & them fixing things up thought it was going to be a big change in the area let alone fixing & maintenance to the apartments that people who lived there for years would be able to live happier. I was wrong the office staff & maintenance were sweet always willing to help but seemed like I always ran into dead ends trying to get bugs under control was always sick battling the mold from water damage to roaches crawling every where. Breathing issues & inflammation after I moved haven’t had an issue with all this & don’t get me started on the area raising kids in this area is a no go fights & shootings cops always in & out of the complex trying to keep things safe. Just don’t do it after $5,000 in debt after breaking my lease & apartment had mounds of roach nests had to throw away furniture I worked hard for as a single mom. They don’t care so save yourself money to buy a home or pay more for something better for your family. They kept my security deposit too & all the damage in the apartment was already there when I moved in or I put in work orders left & right. Feel bad for the families who are stuck there because of the lease & honestly news stations needs to be aware of these conditions & even a health inspector because at the end of the day you signed that lease & yet they failed miserably holding up to there own legal documents. To me I would call them slum lords not caring about the people but money! Children always at risk from the shootings & mental health is so important kids would freak out hearing fights & screams just not right at all!!!!"

"Excellent location to live in Richmond - I’ve had no problems with my apartment. Friendly neighbors, ample parking with routine patrols for security. Maintenance always follows up promptly for any issues and the main office staff are very friendly and always happy to assist. Highly recommend this property!"

"All of the reviews are true, if you value peace, professionalism and cleanliness meaning pest free. Don't move here, the maintenance team will come and break things to make an issue worse than it was before they got here, and they literally make you wait months until they return to repair things. My son's first place ...God I wish I would have assisted him unfortunately he moved here without reading reviews and now he has no A/C, roaches pouring out of a hole under the cabinets. The filter was so dirty and disgusting it made the air toxic and difficult to breathe and froze over the unit. The maintenance guy was there 4 hours and when he left it no longer worked. The office will punish tenants by ignoring work orders because they speak up for themselves. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE, UNLESS YOU'RE DESPERATE"

"I've been here approximately 3 weeks and...it is what they say it is. Management would probably tell you these reviews are due to disgruntled/late or evicted residents, but even if that were the case for some- it's beside the point. The point is they're poorly kept and what they've attempted to do is put lipstick on a pig, if you will. Upon moving in there were roaches, I requested an exterminator- they sent one out because they routinely have them on the property each week. Only to find out they charge YOU for the exterminator coming out. What a bust. Now, I'm experiencing a panel in the ceiling of my bathroom, literally falling out. Along with a piece of piping. Smh The one good thing is: they were one of few properties that actually accepted me with my late rental history. Update: Another pro is that they have payment/ flex options for deposit and debt payments. It's also quiet for the most part."
