"Management and maintenance have been amazing to us. However, the children in the complex is the reason why my fiancé and I may not renew our lease next year. We've asked them numerous times to not sit on our front door step and they continue to do so. Constantly running up and slamming things on our door. They have even resorted to messing with our vehicles. We have both gone out there to find our side mirror popped out of place."

"The office lady is literally weird. She harasses and stalks the tenants. Looking thru people’s apartments and constantly walking the damn complex like some sort of weirdo. I don’t recommend living here…. You will never have privacy!"

"I can not find the words to explain how disgusted and disappointed I am in the unit that was given to me. I just signed my lease and moved 8/5. I was not made aware of any of the issues I would come across upon moving into this unit. The dilapidated conditions of the kitchen is not even the worse part. The unit is infested with roaches at least the size of quarters and if those are the ones I’m seeing, imagine the ones I am not. The cabinets are old and the wood is rotted and has just been painted over. I’m sure at this point my stuff that I refuse to unbox is infested as well. This is no way for anyone to live. If these issues are not resolved in a timely manner I will gladly be reaching out to the tenants association to explore all options including but not limited to legal actions. The living conditions are inhumane and no one should have to live like this, ESPECIALLY with the price of these units. All I am asking that the unit be livable, these conditions are completely unacceptable. On top of that they expect me to pay a fee for pest control when the issue was here long before I got here. I’ve put in numerous maintenance requests and some of them have just been canceled."

"Charity never fixed anything in the apartment. My Top floor "renovated" apartment was never renovated. A painter came to paint the apartment and the tub for some strange reason. A clean team came also but never replaced the carpet from the last tenant who had a pit bull. AC won't be fixed or replaced because it's not illegal. I put a request in and they take the request out. Most times no one shows up and the two times the guy came he does nothing but talk. Bottom apartments flood. Washer dryers don't work. Cameras in the parking lot don't work. My neighbors car was broken into. No assigned parking. Only positive outcome is they send my on time payments to the credit bureau."

"Just Moved in two months ago and when i tell you i love it. 2bd 1 bathroom newly renovated quiet neighborhood not much going on there are kids who play outside which is great if you also have kids. My kids love the area. Close to shopping center. If you have children, the schools in the area are great And last but not least Ms. Charity ask for her communicate with her and she will help you with any and everything. Great women who actually cares. I'm very happy with my move and plan on being here for a while."
